@officiallagail When Im working out at home for leg day, l dont have heavy weights… instead l finish my leg day with a quick leg day burner. Here’s the workout: – 20 Lunges – 20 Squat with Calf Raise – 10 Squat Jumps – 6 Front Jumps – 30-60 sec Squat Sit/Hold Complete each exercise with no rest for 2 rounds. This of course can be used as a workout by increasing the rounds and adding a rest period, make it fit you!
